Adapting to the Great Resignation and Rehiring

You’ve heard of the “Great Resignation” or “Great Rehiring”, right? If not, allow us to point to the 50M+ early professionals in the U.S. (Gen Z & Millennial) who are either highly considering a career change or already have started the change.

Endevr is working on some updates that are adapting to the Great Resignation and Rehiring, and we’re launching them by January. We sat down with Chris Heine of Cheine Productions for a conversation about this revolution in education.

Chris: There is a disconnect [in our schools] from the top to the bottom; going through all this kind of middle management sometimes… Like the new kids that are coming up, they’re not stupid, they just learn differently. And the old way of doing things doesn’t make sense to them. And we don’t do the things that we used to do. If we wanted to do this [educate people] in the past dude, I would have to say, “Hey I’m gonna show up. I’ve got five hundred thousand dollars.
