Chris: There is a disconnect [in our schools] from the top to the bottom; going through all this kind of middle management sometimes… Like the new kids that are coming up, they’re not stupid, they just learn differently. And the old way of doing things doesn’t make sense to them. And we don’t do the things that we used to do.
